Welcome to the University of Maryland's Office of International & Executive Programs' State of Maryland Department of Human Resources' (DHR) Project home page.

The purpose of the University of Maryland's DHR Project is to fulfill the service mission of the University of Maryland while also at the same time helping those who are devoted to helping children better do their job on a daily basis by managing their computer networks, providing comprehensive training, application development in addition to other services as needed. Over the years, the DHR Project has constantly adapted and continued to grow and today encompass even more activities than ever before as we strive to provide even more real and long term value to the tax payers of the State of Maryland.
